If you try powering any redstone component through a block using a repeater, it will not turn on as normal. Instead it will behave in the same way as QUASI connectivity. The redstone component will not activate until a block update is given, and when unpowered, the components will not turn off until a block update is given. If the components are placed/moved into place while the block is already powered, then they will extend when the movement finished, as with QUASI connectivity.
