Expected behavior:
When placing a fence then placing a block on the fence, the associated block-placing sound should occur.

Actual behavior:
No sound occurs when placing a block using the hitbox of the fence just placed; the block-placing sound WILL occur if the block is placed using the hitbox of any other adjacent, non-fence block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a fence.
2. Place another fence/block/torch/etc... on top of or adjacent to that fence by highlighting the hitbox of the fence.
