Have a zoomed out map 4/4, away from the spawnchunks

make copies of that map, put it in item frame, in 2 different places, far away so that they are not loaded at the same time

reload the worldfile, go to one of the maps in item frames, only that one map is marked on it with a green arrow.

now move to the other item framed map, now both maps are marked with a green arrow.

reload the game, and now only the map in the item frame loaded is marked green again.

they should be marked all the time, even when wold file is reloaded, data is deleting/resetting itself.

maps in the spawnchunks are exception, they are always loaded.
