When in the end, enderman will get stuck on rails when aggravated. Sometimes they will glitch throught though.

1. Go to the end
2. Build a ring of rails
3. Put an endermite in the middle
4. Run around to spawn some endermen
5. Watch them get stuck on the rails.

This was recorded on a server but it doesn't matter, it happens in singleplayer too.
