Text does not appear in the action bar while chat is set to hidden

      The action bar in Minecraft 1.11 does not appear while chat is off. It doesn't matter if you're using command blocks or trying to sleep in a bed while it is day.

      To recreate this bug hit Esc on your keyboard, go to Options, click Chat Settings and toggle Chat to Hidden.
