Duplicate structure file of woodland mansion room

The Woodland Mansion structure files has a duplicate:

mansion/room_template

is the same as

mansion/1x1_a1

My suspicions lean towards room_template being the unused one, as all other rooms share the same name style (lenght x width _ version number).
