After rearranging blocks in my hotbar from the inventory screen using only the number row on the keyboard, placed blocks were the block that used to be there (properties and texture) from my point of view. Other players saw correct block (properties and texture). Only affects creative mode.

Expected: Block held to be block placed.

Got: Block placed being block that used to have selected hotbar position.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Have two blocks in hotbar. (e.g. stone in position 1 and dirt in position 2)

      2. From inventory screen, switch the two blocks using number row. (e.g. hover over dirt and press 1 to switch dirt and stone)

      3. Place the block that you moved. (e.g. place dirt)

Result: Block placed is the block that used to have that position in the hotbar.
