Vindicators and mobs with axes don't disable shields.

      Vindicators and mobs with axes will not disable shields, to reproduce, spawn a vindicator, then go into survival and block the vindicators pathetic attacks.
      (the axe on the zombie villager in this screenshot is not visible but is still there)
