What I expected to happen was that a shulker box would always be placed out from its dispenser. up if facing upward down if downward.

What actually happened was that shulker boxes follow normal dispenser rules and get placed on the block in front of them. instead of out of the dispenser. this may be intentional but i would prefer it if it were not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a dispenser down on the ground. The space directly in front and down one block needs to be occupied by a full block or less (annoyingly this includes carpets, slabs, and banners)
2. put shulker box in dispenser
3. activate dispenser with redstone
4. watch as box is placed on the block in front of it
