The bug

Llama spit is not saved as entity and is shown as "unknown". As it is a projectile I would expect it to be saved.

How to reproduce

1. Setup a repeating command block with the following command

   /say @e[name=unknown]
   

2. Summon a llama and a NoAI wolf

   /summon wolf ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
