The "looking at" coordinates are wrong in -X or -Y

      The "Looking at" coordinate feature is off by 1 when in negative coordinates.
      I have tested in 2 worlds so far and the problem persists.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Press F3
      Go to a negative coordinate
      Look at block below you

      This only happens in negative coordinates.
