Mesa biome messed up when changing ocean hight

Some parts of the mesa biomes are replaces by the water when, in the generation menu, you raise the height of the ocean.

Here, the ocean height is 72, and the seed is 4256470051132885195.
You can find this biome with the command /tp 8040 80 -3000.
