Jumping on farmland gets you stuck where you can't get out. Only by either destroying the dirt block or using the hoe again to turn it back to farmland. (reconnecting doesn't work)

This is only an issue when it is raining, i've found 2 issues describing this problem in general and it being fixed. I only get stuck when it rains and i do this.
