Fishing doesn't give enchanted books

      Fishing doesn't give any enchanted books. I've received ~35 regular books, but no enchanted books at all in my AFK fish farm using my Lure III, Luck of the Sea III rod over a few hours.
      In previous versions the farm was sure to get a couple of enchanted books.
