When a minecart get destroyed by a cactus, the dropped item is named "entity.MinecartRideable.name" (as if it was renamed with an anvil)

Reproduce:

• Place a sand block and a cactus on top of it.
• Place rails pointing into the cactus block
• Place a minecart on the rail
• Push the minecart toward the cactus until it get destroyed
• Pick up the dropped minecart
• Minecart is renamed
