Lingering Potions lose their effect when thrown in survival

      Throwing a lingering potion in survival mode will make the potion lose its effect (Doesn't affect creative mode).

      [Client thread/ERROR]: ThrownPotion entity # has no item?!

      This only occurs when the lingering potion is in a stack of one (similar to MC-105982 & MC-106043). If you have 2 lingering potions in 1 stack and throw it, it will work fine.

      /give @p minecraft:lingering_potion 2 0 {Potion:"swiftness"}
