When Hardcore mode is selected the Allow Cheats and Bonus Chest buttons should always be disabled. It works properly the first time you go into "More World Options..." screen.

Issue: buttons become enabled (light) after coming back from Customized world customization screen, although clicking them doesn't toggle the values.
