Occasionally when I travel a world whether it be newly generated or loaded in, ill encounter a perfect square in the ground, often on regular terrain and normally there will be water and gravel at the bottom. It isnt like the ENTIRE chunk is missing but it seemed like something failed to load in. It's still there when I reload the save.

I will attach three pictures. One of them which i took in a desert biome was the first of which i encountered. I had assumed that this one was either due to being a seed I had used in 1.8 (not a save, mind you, just the world seed) or because i teleported to that area.

However, just today I created a brand new world without using a set seed and as I sailed to a different area, I reached a roofed forest/plains area with a chunk error of it's own. In this one i went into creative mode and took out the water with sponges, then mined out some of the stuff in survival, but when finding it, it was filled with water.

I havent had this issue in previous Minecraft versions, just during 1.10.
