Two pistons would not turn off.

What I expected to happen was....
I expected the pistons to retract

What actually happened was....
I turned off the redstone to the pistons put the pistons did not retract. They retracted after I gave a block update.

Steps to Reproduce:
I do not know how to make it happen.
