I had a common sticky piston 1 tick pulse device on a simple 4-tick off, 4-tick on repeater loop. It ran it for a few minutes, at most, when the game suddenly crashed. Upon re-opening the same world, the game crashed once more. Luckily, 3rd time's the charm and it loaded without incident.

I've uploaded the error log from the initial crash, as well as a screenshot of the sticky piston in question.
