When in 3rd person view, chunks that could not be seen in 1st person view are not rendered, despite being in view range.

This seems to be a similar error like MCPE-8445.
Render Distance was set to 12 in all those screenshots.

MC-63070 Chunks do not render behind the player in F5. Perhaps culling should calculate from camera POV instead of presuming head position.
