Should be great a new Ender Chest item kind that shares all items for any player, working like a normal chest, but with "Ender Chest magic". Basically, all item inside this ender chest could be get by any player, in any chest of this kind.

Reason: it'll help with some tasks, like mining and storing. When some players mining, other player can store things. Currently, the Ender Chest is not shareable. So basically, each player have your own Ender Chest.

Crafting: Ender Chest is crafted by eight Obsidian and one Eye of Ender. This new Ender Chest could be done by eight Obsidian too and the Dragon Egg inside. But, in this case, should consider to turn Dragon Eggs collectable (without glitch) and renewable (current there are one by world). It'll turn this chest very hard to make in Survival mode.

Naming: well, as it should be done with Dragon Egg, maybe it can be named like Dragon Chest.
