Arrows that are on repeaters will momentarily wiggle when repeaters are turned on.

I thought nothing would happen when the repeaters turned on

What actually happened was the arrows started wiggling and everytime the repeater pulsed. It also made the sound of arrows landing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a repeater clock
2. Fire arrows onto repeaters
3. Turn on clock
