AMD Fog rendering

      Any AMD GPU cannot render 'Fancy Fog' the circular rendering of fog.

      Results in unloaded chunks being in view no matter how the view distance is set either because of the flat horizontal rendering of fog.

      No need for screenshots I'm sure you already know about this issue.
