Unconfirmed
I have been working off of minecraft 1.8 for a long while. I was able to play 1.9 without issue. Then I decided to try out 1.10 on a server. But no matter what I do, as soon as I log onto a server, it crashes my game, sometimes leaving a crash report, sometimes not. I have tried to downgrade to minecraft 1.9 and 1.8 without success. It would seem that something in 1.10 has corrupted my game and I can no longer play. In looking though the other reports of this issue, some have said that a lower render distance has helped and the Mods have given a link that supposedly tell you how to correct this issue. However, a lower render distance has done nothing for me and the link that tells you to give more memory to the game and do other things in settings also did not stop the issue. I have tried restarting my computer as well and there is nothing wrong with my computer. I have a feeling that this just has to do with 1.10 since as soon as I tried to play it, my game no longer works. I attached the crash report and I will now show you the text I get on the launcher when the game crashes:
