/replaceitem does not work on Minecart Chests

      I think this has been reported, but I NEED this fixed in 1.10! I am working on a neat idea for a map using a minecart chest GUI theory, but I am unable to do it without the replaceitem command! I enter the command shown in the picture and it just runs an error.
