I searched and found 3 particular tickets that have nearly the same title but they are resolved as fixed or duplicates. As to which one is effecting me I'll leave that for the Mods to decide. I apologize in advance if I duplicated an already open ticket!

I went from 16w21b to 1.10-pre1 and happened upon this. The pics, may not be in order, go from 16w21b to 1.10-pre1 showing the "perfect item frame display" to a shaby/ugly distorted sort of situation.. I have an additional picture to prove that it is not the fault of my texture pack since it works fine in the 16w21b snapshot.
