it will first propose your name, then again your name and then nothing.
while the syntax is /teleport <entity> <x> <y> <z> [<y-rot> <x-rot>]

Instead, it should propose the coords of the block you are facing, or relative position if you aren't looking at a block, for y and x rot relatives too.
