When testing a way to infinitely fly with the elytra, I found that the explosion particle from a Creeper did not appear while in f5 mode (facing the player)

How to recreate the bug:

1. Make a repeating command block that has this command:
particle largeexplode ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 0.02 1 force

2. Hit f5 twice
3. Nothing
