This issue came up before but resolved itself, today it returned. Almost immediately after logging in to the game Java crashes, this affects all saved games as well as new games created. The following report was received:

I have submitted a report to Java during previous issues and I never received response beyond the auto reply email.

I updated Java to the latest version - no improvement.
I updated Windows - no improvement.
I performed video updates to Dell Laptop - no improvements.

This is my son's computer - I have an account on my desk-top and I have none of these issues occurring - only on this Dell Insperion 15 7000 series.
