Lead glich when leaveing the chunck

      What I expected to happen was.
      The lead would stay no matter what
      What actually happened was...:
      The lead despawned when I left the chunk

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Put a lead on an animal.
      2. leave the chunk
      3. come back to the chunk
