      The bug

      Changing the times of a title affects the currently viewed title, resetting the time for them.
      This is likely not the wanted behavior and can create inconsistencies when the client receives the title times change packet too late and has already cleared the title, see this comment.

      How to reproduce

      1. Set the title times
        /title @s times 60 60 0
        
      2. Show a title
        /title @p title {"text":"Title"}
        
      3. While the title is shown, set the times again
        /title @s times 60 60 0
        

        The title is fading in again after the command was executed, which means it reset the previous times
