Iron golems are spawning inside path blocks. I've only observed this on my server, I'm sorry for not doing further testing.

The village spawns about 3 golems an hour, I've observed about 25 golems out of about 40 get stuck in the path blocks in the center of the village. There are path blocks on the outskirts too, where golems do walk, but I've never seen a golem stuck in the those paths.

The golem will stay in that block. They never get out of it, and I've never seen them even jump. If you attack the golem, it won't turn or attack you at all.
