I run Minecraft v. 1.9.2 with Minecraft Launcher 1.6.61. When I press "Play", the menu appears as normal. I can click "Single Player" and see my worlds. However, every time I click into a world, it will show me the loading screen (Loading Terrain, etc.) then will immediately crash and give me this message:

This happens every time I try to play, but it was working fine just a few days ago! I didn't install anything on my computer recently. I also have NO mods. Can anyone help?
