Put the summary of the bug you're having here

I had a friends make me a new minecraft skin. I expected to have a sloth "fur" "claws" and "face" as the first layer, with a SWAT team outer layer.

When I uploaded it to www.minecraftskins.net/skineditor to fix a few things, it all looked right, and put it into .png format to upload on mojang.

When I went onto a multiplayer server, it shows the first layer of sloth fur. It also shows the helmet and sleeves on, but not the chest and legs, even when the skin customization is on and off in the game. How can I fix this?
