Found out in 1.RV-pre1, found no way to test it in normal versions

When wearing the "reality vision" from the april fools update, you can get interesting information about the chunk loading. This way I found out that some chunks inside the render distance don't load when standing at certain positions, although they should do.
On the first screenshot you can see a pretty much correct chunk loading.
On the second screenshot you can see that many chunks in the top right area and some surface chunk sections in the left area aren't loaded. That's not because they just aren't loaded yet, they don't load at all. By going a few centimeters back and forth, I can switch between these two variants.
On the third screenshot you can see the same place seen from a higher distance. The loaded chunks are similar to screenshot #2.
You could argue that you would have to go into two opposite directions to reach the top right chunks that are unloaded if you start from the position of screenshot #2. But that doesn't work for all the caves (you can see dark ones that don't have any connection to my artificial tunnels yet) and not for the surface chunk sections (the only connection to the surface is the staircase you can see at the top, even considering the stripmines). Also the more complex area at the top is in the middle of the spawn chunks, so it should be loaded all the time anyway. You can also partially see a zombie spawner trap. It's only partially loaded, although I'm standing almost next to it (in the same or an adjacent chunk).
It could of course be that this is only a visual bug with the "reality vision", in this case it would only be a bug with the april fools update and invalid. But if the chunks really load in this way, it's a real bug. But it still doesn't explain why my sugarcane farm in the spawn chunks grows sugarcane while I'm at the mob spawner, but nether wart and melons don't grow, although they're in the spawn chunks, too.
