The new sounds for the elytra, that were added in the 1.9.1 are working, but when you activate the subtitles you can't see the wind sounds in the subtitles!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Join a world in creative.
2. Grab an elytra from the inventory.
3. Put the elytra in your chestplate slot.
4. Fly very high.
5. Escape > Options > Music & Sounds > Show Subtitles: ON.
6. Fly a little bit around with the elytra. You can hear the sounds, but can't see them in the subtitles!

PS: My english is very bad, because i'm german!
