This bug is rather hard to describe, so here is a video so you could see it. I haven't played Minecraft in a while, and when I opened up the launcher a message on the top popped up telling me to get the new launcher. I download the new launcher, and after the installation process and downloads, I run Minecraft. I make a new world, and this bug happens. I try joining my brother's LAN game, this happens. I have tried using the old launcher, and the same thing happens. The only thing that seems to cure the problem is setting the chunk load distance to 2, anything more than that makes the game buzz and go crazy.
