Saved purchases to Microsoft account and ALL of my purchases including the "mine coins" are gone. A multi 'billion'? Million? Company can't even function well enough to keep simple things like this from happening? I need a proper and approved method of fixing this. Because I've seen hundreds of people say they've been led down a rabbit hole of "ask Microsoft for help- ask mojang for help" "not our problem" kind of useless attitude. If my purchases can't be refunded I'd appreciate the game to be refunded which is sad because I do genuinely enjoy it but it's not worth losing money.
