Problem with City Life 2.

      So this is on my Nintendo Switch. I'm having a problem on City Life 2. When I'm on the loading screen it kicks me off Minecraft and on my screen and it says "The software was closed because an error occurred." Please fix this or tell me what to do. I'm getting really frustrated.
