So, I'm an Xbox one player, and for the few years this game has been out, never once have I experienced an issue like this. Basically, everytime I launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.16.20 on my Xbox One console, after a few moments of loading, the "Featured Servers" tab is left blank, with a message displaying "coming soon". The first time I experienced this error was when 1.16 originally launched but I could get it to work every so often after relaunching the game. However, as time went on and updates were put out, this bug only seemed to get worse. It's mow to the point where I can't even play on any multiplayer servers. My realms and personal worlds load just fine

Here are the factors that could be the cause but have been looked into:

A) I'm not on the beta, I'm on release 1.16.20 currently.
B) I have a wired Ethernet connection which runs on a 5Ghz frequency running at 1,000mbps for both upload and download speeds
C) Yes, I have space. I have a 10TB ssd plus a Game Drive external hardrive with 4TB of space.
D) it has nothing to do with my account, I use this same account to play much more intense games (I.E. GTA, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Modern Warfare)
I did search around for this issue, saw similar entries but none were as in-depth as this.

I don't know if this is related or not but, my owned skin packs won't load either and I can't reload those 3 custom skins
