Hi Mojang I am a 13 year old Mexican boy and I want to report that I bought the version of Minecraft Pocket Edition during the version of the bees, after seeing that there was an update I went to the Play Store and updated it.
After logging in and starting my Xbox account I was loaded with a tab that said "loading texture pack" and then the nether game background changed to a black and white one that said "beta" and a jungle biome with cats and pandas . After starting my Xbox account I could not play with my family member and the textures I bought did not load saying "skin number 2 could not load".
Every time I went out the phone was locked and after 2 minutes it would return to the start, when the same thing happened and I did not know what to do so I am here reporting this error and seeing if they can fix it for me.
By the way, the account I have only loaded on mobile and Xbox One Original 3 years ago and then on mobile.
I hope they can solve it for me.
