Since updating the server to v1.16.0.2, my dedicated server experiences regular freezing (using iOS devices as clients). The freezing has the following effects:

• Player can still move, blocks can be destroyed, wooden doors can be opened
• Mobs do not move anymore, blocks do not drop any items when destroyed, switches/buttons do not work, inventory cannot be opened

After a few minutes, the server unfreezes and playing becomes possible again.
