Hi! In my Minecraft IOS world, I have been trading with my villagers. For my tool-smithing villagers, I have been trading with them to increase my levels. Once it has gotten to level 2, it does not go higher. The bar fills up but instead of it going to level 3 it just goes back to level 2.
