Cant upload to realm

      I cant upload my save to the realm to play with my friends and family. I have had the trial a week nearly and cant use it with my favourite world. Tried on Xbox One and Windows 10. Says uploading then says Initializing and then AN ERROR OCCURED !  Help please.
