Marketplace purchases don't show up? Xbox version

      I am not sure what is going on. 

      My daughters redeemed Minecraft Minecoin Pack: 1720 Coins on May 26 2020. They bought Millionaire mansions 2 and some skin packs. Today when they logged in all purchased were locked out. I check the other profile logged in and they didn't make any purchases on it. 

      Please help. 

      My family and I love Minecraft and play on the Xbox one x. 

      They use my gamer tag : the manic zach
