BETA 1.16.0.60 ANDROID Strange Item with no Name and no use

      I just went into nether, killed an Enderman beoke a grass block and then i got a random block with no Name and no use. It looks like a zoomed spawn egg. I have a screenshot of it. Im in Beta as u can see.
