A weird item was in my inventory when I used pick-block on nether sprouts. I am aware this is a bug but it looks different.

    • I cannot drop it, or hit entities without it. I can break blocks but there is no noise.

      I cannot drop it, open chests or other block similar with it in my hand, and breaking blocks with it makes no sound. I cannot hit entries as well.
