My Playstation isn't signing into my Microsoft Account

      Description

      I tried to play Minecraft with my friend who is cross-platforms and when my Playstation tried to automatically sign into my Microsoft Account it failed to and told me I had to manually sign in. I pressed the button that says log into Microsoft Account so I could manually sign in and it said I could not.
