Can't access store .. can't restore purchases

      I purchased Store Item 5 for £4.99 and have an email showing order ID MTJBQ69SHD

      When trying to download it I had a message saying that it will install my purchase and a wavy bar graph underneath. It was like this for about 4 days through numerous attempts (as long as 24 hours) with not success.

      I removed and then re-installed Minecraft on my iPad. 

      Now when I go to Store all the images for each purchase don't show and I get the wavy bar graphs everywhere.

      If I go and press Restore at the bottom does this:

      1. Opens a dialogue box saying "We're restoring your purchases"
      2. Immediately there is an error message titled 'Regrant failure' and the message 'Please purchase the software application first (I have bought other 'worlds' previously too)
      3. I click on OK and it now says "Sorry, we were unable to restore your purchases. Maybe check your internet connection" - There is nothing wrong with the internet connection

      Continuous messages everywhere “We’re unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?” There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

      I therefore can't do anything. Minecraft has stopped working ... help please.
